Cirlo and Usero

Usero is the closest to Cirlo: a widget that turns reports into code changes. The difference is where the chain starts and where it stops.

What Usero does well

  • A very small widget and a clear, honest promise: you get a pull request to review, not a line on a wishlist.
  • Reports are grouped with visible weight: who reported it, which plan, how much usage.
  • Inputs from Discord, Gmail and Intercom, plus screenshots and session recordings in the widget.
  • Routing to Linear, Jira and GitHub; feedback isn't metered on any plan.
  • Nothing goes in without approval.

Where the chain ends

At the pull request. Usero doesn't describe messaging the person who reported the bug. That's exactly where Cirlo comes in: every reporter gets a message in their language once the fix is provably live, and a status link without an account in between. At the other end one input is missing: Sentry alerts that create an issue even when nobody reports anything. Cirlo merges them with the reports into one issue.

When Cirlo is the wrong choice

If you want screenshots and session recordings in the widget and run your tickets in Linear or Jira, Usero is the better fit. Cirlo deliberately records nothing.
